Best Cheesesteaks… in New York City

Cheesesteak

As a big fan of Philly cheesesteaks (I once at a Pat’s and a Geno’s steak back to back), I’m always on the lookout for good cheesesteaks here in New York. New York magazine has an article rating the best ones in the city. I can vouch for Carl’s Steaks, but I haven’t tried the rest yet.

You can read the article here.

Better wait on the Battlestar DVD set

Looks like the Battlestar Galactica DVD set coming out in July, while converted to work on NTSC US TV’s, will be a 4 disc affair, while on September 20th there will be a release of the US set with a 5th disc, more commentary and more special features.

So I’m going to wait for the September 20th set. You can read the details of the September release here.

Update: you can order the US Battlestar Galactica DVD set from Amazon now.
