There’s a great freeware application I found today called John’s Background Switcher. It lets you change your desktop wallpaper automatically, and you can pull images from Flickr and other photo sources. I have it set to grab any of my photos tagged with “madeline” as the background.  Pretty cool!

We went to the annual Belmar Seafood festival this weekend. Tasty food, hard to find parking, but the sea breeze made a 95 degree day feel like 75. Lots of pictures, of course!

This is an awesome clip of Harold Lloyd, silent film star, driving around Manhattan as a cab driver. This was shot entirely on location in NYC in the 20s, released in 1928. He even gives Babe Ruth a ride to Yankee Stadium! Crazy stuff.
